Returns Via Courier:
You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.
Shipping costs for the return of a product are the customer's responsibility. For this reason, you can choose the company and the service you want to send the products you want to return. It is not at all necessary to send the items through express or courier service, the choice of the shipment type depends on each client.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy:
The following exceptions apply to our returns policy. We cannot accept any returns that have been worn or are not in the original status as delivered, any item that has been produced as an exception (size, design or fabric), any item that has been personalized with a logo or name.
Facial masks cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
